Taylor Swift’s Red Lips On Vanity Fair
Taylor Swift has been wearing that "red lip classic thing" since 2009, and it totally works for her. On the September cover of Vanity Fair, her pout is bold and sexy, and her eyes are seductive with a cat eye liner. Shop her exact lipstick shade right here.
Shot by Mario Testino, the Vanity Fair spread is mature and stunning. Taylor’s makeup was done by Val Garland. Val used NARS Dragon Girl Velvet Matte Lip Pencil for Taylor’s perfect pout.
Taylor is a big fan of the lip pencil, and wore the shade to the 2014 Met Gala. Her hair was styled by Sam McKnight and her nails were painted red by manicurist Trish Lomax. In a behind the scenes video, Taylor said selfies are a daily occurrence for me, by the dozens. She described her hair as short, manageable.
Although Taylor is rocking NARS for this cover shoot, she also revealed another favorite red lipstick to People magazine for their July 13 issue.
